Job description / Role
Guildhall is collaborating with an international prominent logistics company, to recruit a skilled Financial Supervisor for their team in Kuwait.
As a Financial Supervisor, you will oversee financial operations and contribute to the company's strategic objectives. Your
responsibilities will include financial analysis, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Reporting to senior
management, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing financial performance and supporting the company's growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for communicating with key clients.
• Responsible for the entire process of Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds for key clients, completing COD refund accounts, and
handling any issues.
• Responsible for invoicing, reconciliation, invoicing, and payment verification of all expenses for key clients on a monthly basis.
• Responsible for relevant accounting and auditing of all expenses for 3PL.
• Responsible for submitting weekly headquarters accounts receivable reports and key client payment reports.
• Responsible for compiling weekly forecasts of all income and settlement items, and providing accurate estimated data at the end of the month.
• Responsible for collecting and familiarizing with national and local financial and tax laws and regulations, researching the latest tax policies and regulations, and avoiding legal risks.
• Responsible for coordinating bank account opening, managing bank accounts, and related matters such as fund budgeting.
• Other related matters arranged by line manager.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance management or related fields.
• More than 3 years of financial work experience, with comprehensive financial experience preferred.
• Experience in the logistics and express delivery industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, writing abilities, organizational skills, and teamwork spirit.
• Highly self-motivated and responsible, with a passion for work and new challenges.
• Strong logical thinking ability, adept at asking questions, identifying, and analyzing problem-solving.
• Have long-term development plan in the Middle East, good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities
