Finance Settlement Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Guildhall is collaborating with an international prominent logistics company, to hire a Finance Settlement Specialist in the UAE. Responsibilities include managing settlements, customer relations, financial tracking, and compliance. If you're experienced in

Responsibilities:

• Customs clearance settlement, transit settlement, return warehouse settlement, in-warehouse business settlement, and
overseas express warehouse settlement;
• Customer information filing and maintenance of quotations, supervision of the conclusion of contracts with in-warehouse business customers;
• Update accounts receivable table and follow up on payments;
• Update tracking of employee advances;
• Follow up on accounts payable invoices;
• Follow up on audit matters of three companies;
• Coordinate settlement matters within various customer groups;
• Make monthly capital budget based on overall business conditions;
• Follow up on corporate tax matters;
• Enter and review vouchers, issue reports and complete PKG at the beginning of the month;
• Voucher binding and sorting;
• Complete tasks assigned by superiors

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Graduated in finance-related majors, with preference given to those holding intermediate accountant qualifications/CPA.
• 3-5 years of financial settlement experience, with preference given to candidates with experience in the logistics/retail industry.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in Excel.
