Sales Representative - Russian Speaking

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the logistics/ecommerce industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our customer inside and outside UAE. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and evolving industry, with potential for growth and career advancement.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing excellent service and support
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient order processing and delivery
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to remain competitive in the market

Requirements

- Proven track record of success in B2B & B2C sales, preferably within the logistics or ecommerce industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is a plus
- Fluency in Russian language is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Willing to relocate in Ras Al Khaimah
