The Salesforce Solution Engineer will play a key role in leveraging the Salesforce platform to develop and implement innovative solutions that support the company's business objectives. Collaborating with stakeholders to analyse business processes, develop tailored requirements, and deliver customised Salesforce solutions.

Description

* Develop architectural solutions using the Salesforce platform.
* Create custom Salesforce solutions to support essential business functions
* Daily maintenance of Salesforce systems and enhance long-term operations
* Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders
* Design specifications for user interfaces and custom Salesforce applications
* Administer Salesforce environments, manage custom applications, user permissions
* Train users on the Salesforce platform
* Implement testing and validation to ensure data integrity within the Salesforce environment
* Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using APIs
* Assist stakeholders in using data segmentation to develop targeted marketing campaigns

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
* 4-7 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
* Certification as a Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201).
* Salesforce declarative programming and administration, including report and dashboard development, workflows, and security configurations.
* Expert in Salesforce development, configuration, and implementation, including custom objects, complex workflows, and enterprise-level applications.
* Expert with specialised Salesforce products such as CPQ, Communities, Einstein Analytics, or other Salesforce Clouds.
* Proficiency in data migration and integration tools like Informatica, MuleSoft, or Salesforce Data Loader.
* Skilled in using Salesforce APIs, including REST or SOAP services.
* Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts
