Job Description

Peruvian Chef:

Main tasks and responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of Peruvian dishes.
- Source and select high-quality, authentic Peruvian ingredients.
- Oversee kitchen operations.
- Monitor food quality and consistency.

Qualifications

Educational and skill requirements

- Proven experience as a Chef with specialization in Peruvian cuisine
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification
- Knowledge of Peruvian culinary traditions, ingredients, and techniques
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Creativity and innovation in menu development

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

- Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
- Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.
- Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps.

Visa Requirements: Must be legally permitted to work in Egypt.
