Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitors the security alerts from different security devices
- Investigate security alerts
- Monitors health of SOC security devices and report the issue if needed
- Work as part of 24x7 security operation team
- Collects data and context necessary to initiate Level 2 escalation
- Create and delivers scheduled and ad-hoc reports
- Follow SOC processes, incident response procedures
Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in the same position
- Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.
- Technical Skills: Must be proficient in various cloud technologies, including virtualization, containerization, and orchestration technologies. They must also have a strong background in programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Collaboration Skills: Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other members of the IT department.
