Position Title: Administrative Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Up to 5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A property development company offering first class one-stop solutions for landlords.
Job Description:
• Support and maintain office procedures including the filing systems (hard and softcopies via Dropbox/CRM/other software’s), assist colleagues in administrative tasks, and prepare reports by reviewing and analysing tenancy information and contracts.
• Prepare tenancy contracts and produce Ejari certificates or any other related letters for all properties owned and/or managed by the company by receiving all required details of the tenancy with documents such as Passport Copy, Emirates ID Copy, etc.
• Greet guests and maintain the workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting necessary visitor logs.
• Take phone calls in a professional manner and route it to the concerned department/colleague.
• Monitor office supplies inventory then place orders when necessary and perform other tasks as assigned by Managing Director.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and Arabic nationals
• Female, 30 years old and below
• At least 1 year of related UAE experience from a Property Management company (either commercial or residential can be considered)
• With experience in preparing tenancy contracts and other exit formalities for potential tenants
• With knowledge about the laws and legislation regarding property including RERA and statutory requirements related to building and inspection works.
