Job description / Role

• Execute precise cuts to prepare meat according to specifications.
• Monitor and manage meat inventory efficiently.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on incoming meat supplies.
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of butchering tools.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely meat preparation and delivery.

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationalities
• 45 years old and below
• At least 2 years experience in the same role in fine dining or high end restaurants
