Job description / Role
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff
- Create a cleaning schedule and ensure all areas are cleaned properly
- Responsible for inventory control and ordering of supplies
- Communicate with management and guests to ensure satisfaction
- Conduct inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness
Requirements
- Delegate tasks and ensure all areas are cleaned in a timely manner
- Follow safety procedures and maintain equipment
- Maintain records and reports such as attendance and timekeeping
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner
- Monitor and maintain departmental budgets and expenses
