Job description / Role
A real estate agency based in Business Bay, Dubai. The company offers a wide range of services for the sale of real estate around the world, as well as short-term and long-term real estate investments.
Responsibilities:
• Selling real estate in Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi;
• Client consulting, compiling selections based on client requests;
• Conduct property viewings;
• Business trips to real estate exhibitions;
Conditions:
• Remote work in the UAE;
• The broker gets pre-qualified leads without spam;
• Working infrastructure - call center, broker assistant helping with CRM and warming up clients, back-office teams that resolve related issues;
• Increasing the commission based on work results;
• Payment of client expenses;
• Corporate telephony.
Salary:
USD
5,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Successful experience in selling real estate in the UAE for at least six months;
• Ability to negotiate, establish and maintain business and interpersonal relationships;
• Fluent spoken English;
• An additional advantage will be: knowledge of the secondary real estate market;
