Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

Location: Dubai

Job Description:

• Our client, a distinguished luxury furniture company in the UAE, is in search of a skilled Senior Interior Designer to enrich their team.
• The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, project management prowess, and a keen eye for detail, contributing to the creation of exquisite interior spaces for our esteemed clientele.

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership:
• Spearhead the design process, from initial concept development to final execution, ensuring that each project exudes opulence and sophistication synonymous with our brand identity.
• Collaborate closely with clients to discern their tastes, requirements, and budget constraints.

Project Management:
• Demonstrate proficiency in managing a substantial workload, handling 10-12 projects per month seamlessly.
• Effectively allocate resources, monitor project timelines, and maintain adherence to budgetary constraints.

Sales Target Achievement:
• Drive sales initiatives by delivering compelling design solutions and exceptional client experiences.
• Consistently meet or surpass high monthly sales targets while upholding profitability and customer satisfaction.

Software Proficiency:
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
• Utilize cutting-edge design software to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and elevate the quality of design deliverables.
