Employment: Full Time

Synopsis

Reporting to the Head of Operation Planning: The Training Planner is responsible for ensuring efficient utilization of all Training Devices, facilities and Instructors whilst ensuring regulatory, mandatory and company required training is assigned for All customers Rosters.

Accountabilities

- Responsible for all Customers and Instructors rosters production and day to day operations (16/7).
- Responsible for the Instructor Training qualification and track of company and regulatory expiries.
- In charge to create and maintain crew training demand projections and associated Manpower requirements to ensure sufficient coverage is met to support the Business.
- Management of the Training software application that manages, monitors, and controls all training devices, classrooms, Instructors, and equipment for Etihad Aviation Training.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to manage the safe execution of the EAT Training plan while achieving the regulators compliance and financial objectives of the company.
- Responsible for the coordination of the communication with the Customers to properly direct all queries to the appropriate departments for action.

Requirements

Education & Experience

- Post-Secondary Education (i.e. diploma, degree and equivalent work experience in the field of Airline Operations)
- Minimum 3 years of experience working at an airline crew resources or approved training organization.

Training at EAT is conducted by using its state-of-the-art training center featuring 10 Full-Flight Simulators (Airbus and Boeing), 7 Flight Training Devices and 2 Flight Navigation Procedural trainers.
