Job description / Role
Our client, a leading retail company is seeking to recruit a professional Administrator/Secretary to support their team in Abu Dhabi. Reporting directly to the Retail and Sales Manager.
She will be responsible for handling all routine administrative and coordination tasks, planning and scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing correspondences and performing general duties.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years secretarial/administrative support experience
- Degree qualified
- Secretarial qualification preferred
- Should come from Hotel or Retail industry
- Fully competent in MS Office applications; namely - Word, Excel and Power point
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
- Good Communication skills in English and Arabic
