Advance Technician (X5) - Al Futtaim Auto Centers - Abu Dhabi, UAE

As part of our Automotive team
- You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by performing quality servicing and repairs on all mechanical devices or body elements, so as to return them to the manufacturer's specifications.
- Your main responsibility is to provide a reliable fault finding and produce accurate corrective repair to result in good productivity and satisfaction to the customer.
- You will also assist/guide fellow technicians in case of difficult problems. you will have to execute assigned jobs according to established work procedures and time standards and ensure cleanliness of the workplace, tools and equipment and also of the customer's car being serviced.
- You will also be responsible for maintain the discipline of the service establishment through strict adherence of company rules, regulations and procedures.

Requirements

- You should be Qualified as In Centre Trainer (ICT) and should have atleast a minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in reputable Tyre workshop/Automotive Dealership as tyre mechanic/auto mechanic.
- You should have ability to provide established standards of Customer Service through diagnostic ability and assessment of repairs/maintenance.
- You should also be able to communicate effectively with strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills with administrative competence and also have the ability to train and coach.
