Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

JOB PURPOSE
- Manage end to end marketing campaign to help up sell and cross sell to existing customers.
- Manage and use all e-channels effectively and at optimum level to execute marketing campaigns.
- Streamline MIS & reports sent to business.
- Optimum usage of CRM, analytical & statistical tools available for campaign management and segmentation.
- Critical Business reports and segment portfolio management.

- Cross sell target
- Revenue generation through segmented marketing campaigns
- Optimum usage of all e channels available and effective channel management like SMS Banking and Online banking.

Non Quantifiable
- Drive customer value through fine tuning price and benefits for convenience & increasing revenue
- Research, develop and select the best possible offering for the Customer consider numerous factors like target demographics, customer behaviour and value for executing the marketing campaigns.

Key Results Areas
- Enhance product awareness levels within ADCB & assist in reaching out to all segments of the customer base expatriates and UAE Nationals.
- Build on cross sell opportunities through various promotional offers so as to reduce cost of acquisition.
- Innovate on bundled value proposition to improve customer experience
- Attract and increase volumes of new to bank good profile customers in addition to enhancing cross penetration levels
- Reduction in Customer attrition
- Promote ADCB services and offerings using the right offering and channel.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage CATS expectations by meeting requirements on call-out bases and tweaking product offerings. Run all campaigns through CRM and extract conversion details from there.
- Work closely with segment and marketing to design and roll-out ATM and E-Mail campaigns.
- Develop campaign strategies and recording program notes with financial projections.
- Keep track of new products and services launched by ADCB from time to time
- Enhance bundled value propositions with new/attractive offers and sustenance campaigns.

Requirements

- Must have at least 2-3 years hands on experience in relational database with excellent knowledge of SQL / Oracle procedures and data loading techniques.
- Should possesses strong database architectural skills and demonstrable hands-on and deep SQL and ETL design and development experience.
- Hands on technology components include business analysis, data analysis, mapping from legacy systems strong ability to define undocumented systems; relational databases using SQL Server/ Oracle and Excel
- Worked on large databases in bulk data processing environment.
- Preferable: Experience in OLAP technologies like Business Objects/SSAS or Knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBEE) is desirable.
- Experience in BIG Data Technologies and Tools (Hadoop, MapReduce, Hive, Mahout, Pig, etc)
- Banking experience or knowledge of Business intelligence in a financial environment is a definite plus
- Data mining skills (including data auditing, aggregation, validation and reconciliation), advanced modelling techniques, testing and creating and explaining results in clear and concise reports.
