Job description / Role
Inspire Selection are working in partnership with an international, highly recognised Staffing Solutions/Outsourcing organisation based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. They have an urgent requirement for a Business Development Manager to assist with business growth throughout the UAE and offer an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join an expanding, recognised Multinational.
Based in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi, the successful candidate will work directly with the commercial team to maximise business opportunities within this lucrative sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong Business Development background, ideally from a Staffing Solutions organisation/Outsourcing or in a solution selling role across various industries.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with major blue chip clients in order to offer them a staffing/outsource solution. Current client base includes Oil and Gas, Telecom companies and major banks.
Targeting growing business within the UAE and offering them Visa solutions for volume hiring across various sectors.
Working to targets and deadlines with full responsibility for the sales revenue in the Outsourcing and Manpower business.
Package can range from 22,000 - 30,000 AED/month + Excellent bonus package + Family Benefits including flights and medical
Requirements
- Must have a strong personality and be able to close sales
- You will be well presented, professional and be able to present to senior level customers
- Must be driven, motivated and have a desire to succeed
- Will have direct sales experience to major businesses, ideally within the Staffing Solutions/Outsourcing sectors
- Will be educated to degree level and have at least 5 years relevant work experience
- Must be able to build and maintain strong business relationships
