Job description / Role
Corporate Arabic/English Administrative Assistant, Abu Dhabi
The position includes the following tasks & responsibilities:
- Complex diary management, coordination of appointments and meetings.
- Arrange and book travel, visas and handle all logistics.
- Back up for other admins and reception as needed.
- Screening Executives calls, monitoring emails and handle expenses and timesheets.
- Booking meeting rooms, arranging catering and assisting with events.
- Proofreading and editing documents, presentations, proposals and letters.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to deliver under pressure, effectively prioritise and multitask.
- Advanced Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Lotus notes with a typing speed of 55WPM.
- 2-3 years experience as an administrator in a multinational professional services company.
- Professional, friendly and hardworking attitude with the ability to multitask and excel under pressure.
- Team player willing to assist others.
To be the chosen candidate for this position you will need to be currently based in Dubai, working for a professional services organisation and be educated to degree level with at least 2 years previous experience working as an Administrative Assistant.
