Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Provide technical support for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM/NAV environment and deliver advanced technical troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Provide technical support and administer a combination of SQL Server Windows Server architecture, Active Directory, Hyper-V, Veeam Replication and Backup
- Support the network and security components (switches, routers, firewalls) which are associated with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM/NAV environment
- Accept and appropriately resolve customer issues ensuring resolution in a timely manner
- Use sound judgment in the management, escalation and resolution of support cases
- Manage critical issues by setting customer expectations, devising and implementing action plans and professionally communicating to all parties involved
- Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with resources from other groups and OEMs as required to resolve customer issues
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills; capable of writing technical documentation, acting as a vendor liaison
- Maintains and evangelises strong values of integrity, commitment and self-improvement to self and others

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience as a Support Professional in an IT field or as an IT Technical Analyst or Support Engineer
- Good degree level qualification in a Computer Science or related field
- Superior researching, problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Candidates must be able to demonstrate skills in one or more of the following core technologies:
- Primary - Microsoft Dynamic CRM/NAV. Secondary - VMware or Hyper-V, SQL Server, Veeam Backup and Replication, Active Directory, SonicWALL, Cisco/HP switches and Cisco routers
