Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, the Emiratisation Specialist will drive the development and implementation of the Emiratisation strategy, plan, policies and procedures for Al Noor Hospitals Group.

- To actively drive the Emiratisation Recruitment and Retention strategy across Al Noor Hospital’s Group and the UAE.
- Raise the profile and brand awareness of Al Noor Hospitals Group as an employer for UAE Nationals across the country.
- Develop external networks and resourcing strategies to attract the best UAE National talent;
- Develop strategies to enhance cultural awareness within the company, help the non-UAE colleagues understand and respect the UAE traditions and work culture of the Emirati population, and help the Emirati Nationals integrate better in the Al Noor work culture
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as the Ministry of Labour, local universities and other organizations related to Emiratisation
- Provide effective communication on recruitment, training, induction programs as required.
- Be an ambassador and promoter of the company people values
- With guidance from the Learning & Development manager, develop a training program for Emirate candidates with clear learning outcomes.
- Engage, motivate and connect with candidates, both internally and externally.
- Liaise and coordinate with the HR teams to ensure there is a clear workforce plan agreed for the hiring of UAE nationals.
- Maintain, update and actively use Al Noor’s Careers page for UAE National Programs to ensure Al Noor has a well-organized and strong pipeline of talent for future roles across the business to support future growth and strategic initiatives.
- Take responsibilities for one’s own development and education.

Requirements

- UAE National
- An excellent development opportunity for a candidate with career experience in human resources, or Learning and Development
- Creative thinking and strong influencing skills
- A background in the healthcare sector would be advantageous but not essential
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Two years’ experience in a similar role is preferred
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of the Emiratisation sector
- Strong computer skills
