Job description / Role
Our client operates within the financial services industry and are regulated by the central bank of the UAE. They have offices across Europe, Middle East and Asia.
A requirement exists within one of the investment banking teams for an Executive Assistant to support the head of the department and their team.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing. Other general responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with travel team, visas and accommodation
- Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
- Dealing with incoming emails, corresponding on behalf of the manager
- Planning and scheduling team meetings including taking dictation and minutes
- Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the team are well prepared
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings
- Assisting in the preparation of documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
Requirements
You must have experience of working within the financial services / investment banking industry in a support/EA/PA function ideally from London, Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney or New York.
A minimum of 5 years experience is essential.
Our client works a European working week there may be an expectation that although based in the UAE you may be required Monday - Friday.
Salary - 22,000 - 25,000 AED + Benefits
