Job description / Role
We are currently looking to hire a UAE National Executive Secretary - CEO, to work with our Client in Abu Dhabi, a Satellite Telecommunications Company. The Successful candidate should have proven experience in Secretarial & Administrative roles, has at least 4 years of experience, and speaks Arabic & English fluently.
Requirements
- Has thorough knowledge of standard practices, procedures, software and technologies related to the current position.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, and in a professional manner, either orally and in writing across all levels of management.
- Should be organized, innovative, efficient, and creative. The incumbent must be able to work under the least supervision. Must have sound judgment, should be able to deal effectively with conflict and manage expectations.
- In order to be effective, the incumbent must possess an understanding of the functioning of the institution, policies and procedures.
