Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

* Analyses Operating expenses budget / capital budget for Lube and Grease Plant (L&GP), Lube stores and Laboratory & Quality Control Department by assessing staff cost, depreciation, consumables and utilities, overtime and other relevant direct/indirect costs.
* Checks the calculation of standard production manufacturing rates based operating expenses budget and production cost to be applied to the production Lube and Grease and the manufacture of packages.
* Calculates costs incurred per laboratory test. Classifies tests in terms of its type, time to conduct experiment and cost involved. Applies these costs to the production costs and charges L&GP production and other relevant departments for the services rendered by the laboratory.
* Checks and controls monthly cost sheets for blending of Lubricants, Grease and additive manufacturing based on blending report. Analyses each report product-wise to determine total overheads, total cost of packages used and related costs. Raises appropriate JV related to GL accounts to ensure accuracy in accounting calculations and to update records.
* Checks monthly work in progress stock reports such as Additives Stock statement and Base Oil Statement for JVs and to valuate stock and unit price.

Requirements

* Bachelor's in Accountancy
* 9 years related experience, in manufacturing oil/gas.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and related applications.
* Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
