Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a global investment firm. Our client is looking to hire a bilingual (Arabic and English) General Counsel to join their Abu Dhabi office.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts, documentation and agreements.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 6 years PQE gained from either a Top-Tier international firm or a renowned investment firm. You should be based in the UAE with particular experience within DIFC law and knowledge of financial services and asset management / investment. It is essential you are fluent in English and Arabic as well as possess a strong understanding of Corporate Law applied in jurisdictions in New York and the UK.
