Head of Customer Services - UAE

We are looking for a highly motivated and suitably qualified individual for the post of Head of Customer Services based in Abu Dhabi. Purpose of job is to effectively manage finance, staffing and operations for Customer Services; provide efficient and highly effective standards of customer excellence which in turn support the British Council’s agreed business and impact targets.

Requirements

Local grade F / Salary range AED 10,867.50 - AED 15,225 per month / Housing allowance AED 6,426.00 per month/ Local indefinite contract / Abu Dhabi/ Post is open to British Council UAE staff only and external candidates currently residing in UAE/Post holder must be eligible to work in UAE.
