Job description / Role
- Reads and understands drawings site construction.
- Lead and participate in a variety of survey operations such as topographical survey, leveling, setting out, and as built survey using a full range of survey equipment.
- Prepares calculations related to surveying and basic engineering.
- Interprets and analyses raw field data records to check its completeness.
- Keeps accurate records and sketches to describe works performed.
- Verifies the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculation.
- Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.
- Direct or conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles.
- Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features.
- Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain.
Requirements
1. Holder of Diploma/Degree in Land Surveying/Civil Engineer.
2. 3-5 years’ professional experience in construction of apartments, villas, towers… is a must.
3. GCC/Middle East Experience is preferred.
4. Fluent in English, both written and verbally.
