Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To identify the training programs, conducting the training need analysis, and to ensure the training programs are delivered to all employees in the company to meet the company objectives. To drive and implement Agthias L&D strategy in line with the business vision

Training Need Analysis:
- Coordinate with division/department to evaluate training requirements and conduct training needs analysis.
- Provide support, advice and give professional assistance to management and divisions with respect to Training and Development Plan.

Training Programs:
- Design & Delivering L&D trainings, and ensure the post training evaluation
- Participate in identifying training courses that offer optimum usefulness to the nominated employees.
- Provide nomination for various courses & employee development programme based on need analysis to ensure competency/skill enhancement.
- Review and analyse feedback to establish courses which appear to provide most benefit to the companys employees.
- To ensure to collect the Individual Development Plan, and developmental programs for all employees from their department heads.

Training Budget:
- Develop methodologies and procedures that enable the organisation to control and modify its training costs, obtain approval for implementation and ensure that such procedures are implemented.
- Collate these requirements in such a way that budgeting can be undertaken for financial planning purposes. Check and revise training budgets and seek approval.

Reporting:
- Collect feedback on training course quality and deliver in order to ensure effectiveness
- Maintain training records &reports to track the training & development programme across the BU

Requirements

- Graduate in Business Administration or similar
- 8 years functional experience out of which 2 to 3 years should be in an equivalent managerial level.
- Prior experience in L&D function

Functional Knowledge:
- Must be able to communicate effectively, compile data and present findings creatively.
- Training and development including facilitation and administration of workshops
- Business reporting skills
