Job description / Role
Legal Assistant - Abu Dhabi
Our client, a family business based in Abu Dhabi is a well-established group of companies which has grown via personal investments or the development and creation of co-investors.
Through growth the business is looking to take on a new team member to work with the outsourced legal team and newly appointed office/business manager.
- General legal secretary and legal assistant duties
- Drafting contracts
- Responsible for any legal issues
- Administration; setting agendas for meetings, taking minutes and writing up actions plans.
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic and English speaker
- Bachelors degree in Law or equivalent studies preferably from AUB, LAU or NDU Lebanon Universities
- Minimum of 5 yrs. experience in a legal corporate role
- Minute taking
