Employment: Full Time

Paralegal - Abu Dhabi

A leading property developer in Abu Dhabi with projects across the world, is seeking a Paralegal to join their legal team.

- Monitor all real estate transactions, and manage certain aspects of the same as may be required/directed by the team;
- Maintain updated status of legal tasks in progress as per system and follow-up on pending matters;
- Maintain accurate records/ databases on the company, such as corporate structure, commercial licenses, leased premises, registrations of trademarks etc., and ensure early warning system to renew legal documents/ licenses;
- Undertake general administrative duties, including archiving and document retention databases and safekeeping of original legal documents;
- Basic accounting skills and handling all legal fees, including verifying external lawyers fees.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years Paralegal experience in a corporate or commercial environment preferably within an international law firm or within real estate/property.

Proficiency in legal research as well as strong analytic and drafting skills.

Strong command of English language, command of other languages, particularly Arabic and/or French is desirable.

Role is based in Abu Dhabi and competitive salary on offer.
