Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To carry out administrative tasks which includes calendar management, travel/hotel arrangements, database management, minutes of the meeting etc.

Performs a range of diverse administrative activities supporting the Senior Manager/Director.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have atleast 10 years of total work experience in the area of Administration where atleast 5 years of which has been a PA or EA to a Senior Manager/Director.

The successful candidate must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic as the role will require translation of documents or correspondence.

She must also be driven, enthusiastic and can work both with a team or independently.
