Job description / Role
Global Access Recruitment is now recruiting a Program Manager for one of its client in the Oil & Gas industry in the UAE.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
* Achieve successful results and outputs as planned in the strategic and work plans
* Attend all meeting and checkpoint with his team and the stakeholders
* Check process against planned and take corrective actions when deviation takes place
* Coordinate work and communication between PM and the stakeholders
* Execute plans and roadmaps
* Responsible for change management
* Identify risks and issues and updating plans accordingly.
* Maintain a healthy work environment that is safe, secure and motivating.
* Monitoring performance and conformance to standards, work ethics, policies and professional conduct.
* Preparing plans for all management objectives, including risks, quality, schedules, costs, scope, integration and changes.
* Execute the company's new HQ tendering strategy.
* Develop and execute program charter.
* Develop, align and manage the overall project master plan and milestones.
* Establish a PMO for the new HQ Program.
* Establish required KPIs for progress reporting.
* Program management based on project management disciplines, e.g. risk & issues, quality, budgets, resources, change management, stakeholders.
* Represent the program towards partners and suppliers.
* Assist the company in Staffing/deploying their resources to the projects.
Requirements
* Masters Degree or similar experience
* At least 8 years IT Project Management experience
* PMI Certified
* Experience in leading and managing programs (preferred in the region)
* Excellent English business, technical communication and negotiation skills.
* Good leadership skills
* Political savvy
* Good people management soft skills.
