Job description / Role
Our client, a large financial organization, is urgently looking for an Arabic Receptionist who will be based in their Abu Dhabi office. For this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing the reception desk. Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage the switchboard and answer telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Receiving and dispatching all courier and hand delivered mail
- Greet visitors/guests to the office, ensure they are comfortable and that the person they are visiting is informed
- Send and receive facsimile messages and forward to the concerned employee
- Manage the Company’s Calendar appointments
- Responsible for organizing the company’s meeting rooms to avoid reservation duplication
- Processing invoices for suppliers and processing purchase orders
- Checking office premises common areas and meeting rooms
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies
- Making toner and stationery orders as required
- Other administrative and clerical duties as required
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or as a receptionist in a financial / banking institution.
Fluency in English and strong knowledge in Arabic is highly required. You should be knowledgeable in using Microsoft application with excellent typing speed.
