Job description / Role
A local manufacturing entity based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Recruiter (UAE National) to manage the recruitment process new and local hires.
- Source and identify suitable candidates
- Interviewing using competency questioning
- Manage talent pipeline
- Offer management
- Attend career fairs and university graduate days
- Create job descriptions and adverts for different jobs roles
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 2-3 years experience in a Recruitment role with experience in interviewing, sourcing candidates and talent pipelines.
You must be open to travel around the GCC.
Male candidates are preferred and must be UAE NATIONAL with family book.
