Job description / Role
To lead the Manpower Planning & Recruitment Function, formulate manpower plans for effective utilization of existing human resource capacity and develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans that will ensure that the organization has the required skills to meet current and future human resource needs. In addition, support Company in the selection and recruitment of talent.
Requirements
- Not less than 10 years’ overall experience.
- 4 years’ labor recruitment experience for contracting sector.
- Excellent knowledge of sourcing & recruitment strategies.
- Excellent knowledge of social media sourcing techniques.
- Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills.
- Solid relationship management skills with a team orientation and track record of working across a variety of organizations.
- Proven people management skills with hands on approach.
- Strong stakeholders management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Influencing, persuading, coaching and negotiating skills.
