Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A luxury retail company based in Abu Dhabi is currently looking for a Retail Administrator to provide administrative support to Retail and Sales Manager and the department.

- Handle all routine administrative and coordination tasks
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Managing projects and conducting research
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Making travel and guest arrangements
- Prepare quotations
- Coordinate with Brand managers and liaise with brand principals on products availability and customization.
- Prepare personalized presentations for sales purpose.
- Support VIP and Corporate department, in scheduling meetings, follow ups to meetings etc.
- Draft acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence.
- Provides bridge for smooth communication between the Retail and Sales Manager and the retail-corporate team
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and boards of directors.
- Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Providing quality customer service
- Attend meetings in order to record minutes.

Requirements

- Must be fully competent in MS Office applications
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
- Good Communication skills in both English and Arabic is a must
- Secretarial qualification preferably
- 3- 5 years progressively responsible secretarial/administrative support experience preferably in retail or hotels
