Sales Support Associates - Arabic Speaking - Female - Temporary

Job description / Role

Our client, an International luxury retailer based in Abu Dhabi, are looking for 2 temporary sales support associates to join their team. Temporary full time position for 4 -5 months with possibility of being extended to permanent position.

- Welcome and greet clients.
- Support and help the sales associates to complete their sales duties and other tasks.
- Complete all general administration in a timely manner.
- Ability to deal with customers and colleagues.
- Keeping track of sales targets
- Communicate effectively with superiors, subordinates and other departments as required.
- Responsible for entering details of incoming orders on a computer system checking that product numbers, discounts and prices are accurate.
- Update customer records and communicate details of orders, inquiries and deliveries to sales associates and management.
- Handle incoming orders or inquiries by telephone, email or online systems.
- Maintain day-to-day contact with regular customers providing quotes, responding to inquiries or updating them on order status or delivery arrangements.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Arabic speaking
- Female
- Highly presentable
- Good Administrative Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good teamworking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Minimum high school diploma or relevant administration qualification
