Senior Accountant

Job description / Role

Salary up to 17,000 AED.

Responsibilities include;
- Manage Accounts Receivable (A/R) collection for Middle East and Singapore AR
- Resolve A/R issues and update management on collections effort and major collections
- Customer invoice printing
- Prepare agent commission accrual and payment
- Responsible for Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) - first point of review and coordination
- Responsible for CAPEX Forecast and Budget report
- Coordinate Annual Physical Inventory Count
- Semi-annual review of Excess and Obsolete inventory
- Prepare reconciliation of inventory account to ensure that inventory is reconciled to sub-ledger
- Handle Fixed Asset full cycle - capitalization, depreciation run and disposal
- Financial Reporting System (FRS) entry and Submission of Hyperion
- Responsible for year-end FRS Primary and Supplementary Schedules
- Responsible for Annual Audit (Coordination, audit preparation, audit schedules, etc.)
- Coordinate and assist in annual audit for tax filing in Qatar, Oman and Kuwait locations
- Assist in facilitating other tax requirements by the Corporate
- Banking coordination for bank Labor guarantees, bank signatories update and resolving other banking issues except cash and payments.be working

Requirements

- Chartered qualification (CA/CMA/CPA..)
- Oil & Gas Experience
- SAP Experience
- Be within the UAE and willing to relocate or travel to Abu Dhabi

You will be working in a diverse and dynamic team and will be experienced across a number of areas of accounting with senior experience.
