Requirements

We are currently seeking a performance driven Showroom Manager to work within Al Futtaim Motors Lexus in Abu Dhabi. This role is critical to the success of AFM Lexus' drive for volume and profitability. You will beresponsible for embracing changes in priorities, quickly adapting to achieve objectives, whilst demonstrating strength and resilience to implement company policy without close supervision. Managing the daily functional and operational activities of the SME and Retail teams, you will coordinate regular discussions and meetings with team members to achieve targets.

You will monitor financial performanceincluding sales, expenditure, manpower and debtor control whilst ensuring that all supervisors set appropriate strategies to achieve budget volume and margins. You will develop a performance management culture through mentoring and coaching the team to deliver ever improving results with a Kaizen approach and implement the sales incentive scheme. You should be a university graduate with aproven sales background preferably in an automotive sales environment with at least 3 years management experience. You will have knowledge of business and management principles involved in resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. You will be fluent in the English language whilst being an Arabic speaker will be an advantage.

To be successful in this role you must have a customer centric mindsetand the ability to promote this within the sales team in order to deliver AFM Lexus' core service values. You should be confident with the ability to communicate effectively and provide detailed information. You will be required to be available towork flexible hours and in shifts.
