Job description / Role
Our client, a government entity is looking for a Strategic Performance Officer to be based in their Abu Dhabi office. For this role, you will be responsible for providing general HR support to the business including but not limited to:
Involves in the implementation and coordination of the Fund's strategy across all functions to ensure alignment with the Fund's strategic plan.
Assists senior managers to ensure that strategy remains a high priority for them and the board of directors.
Requirements
- Holder of Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance or Strategy Management (or equivalent)
- Minimum two years experience and training in strategy management principles involving; strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques and allocation/coordination of people and other resources
- Experience in Pension Funds is an advantage
- Experience in implementing a performance management system such as the Balance Scorecard is distinct advantage.
