Employment: Full Time

KEO International Consultants is a highly ranked and award winning planning, architecture, engineering and project and construction management firm with offices in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Bahrain, Dubai, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

This is an opportunity to join KEO in the role Structural BIM Modeller.

- BIM Structural modelling by using REVIT software
- Good knowledge of BIM and strucural drawings and detailing
- Preparation, checking and review of REVIT structure BIM modelingBuild Building Information Models using Autodesk Revit
- Build Building Information Models using Autodesk Revit.
- Coordinates with other disciplines.
- Create content for KEO BIM libraries.
- Document BIMs.
- Execute amendments to prepared models taking into account any changes/modifications on initial design.
- Manage the different versions and formats of the models and ensure they are controlled in a sequential reference environment.
- Maintain log of models of all relevant design projects as per QMS and/or project requirements.
- Use initiative to ensure that work processes, procedures and systems are effective and efficient.
- Communicate effectively at all levels to support collaborative work practices and achievement of team goals.
- Contribute to the effective functioning of the team by identifying with and participating in the attainment of team objectives, communicating and sharing knowledge.
- Manage own continuous development and support the development of colleagues.
- Maintain a client-focused approach to delivery of services of the team.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with KEO health and safety policies.
- Align work practices and processes with KEO sustainability principles.

Requirements

- A minimum of 10 CAD with 3 - 4 years of practical Autodesk Revit / BIM experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering is preferred.
- Continued advanced training in the latest BIM software.
- Fluent in REVIT Modeling and structural drawings and detailing - to be able to set up the BIM model from scratch by using REVIT templates.
- Should be able to adapt office CAD and BIM standards.

Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit.
- Proficient in Autodesk Navisworks.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the design development process.
- Demonstrate design skills in relevant discipline.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, schedule, and perform own work to meet identified time frames and standards.
- Demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to delivery.
- Demonstrate well-developed communication skills including the ability to perform effectively in a team environment with a strong Client focus.
- Basic understanding of health, safety and sustainability principles in relevant discipline.
- Demonstrate commitment to own and other's professional development.
