Job description / Role

- Answering client calls
- Cold calling
- Lead generation
- Collecting accurate information from clients
- Handling client queries.
- Timely support to sales team.
- Daily lead report Reports
- Attending all complaints and feedback of customers to develop the quality of customer services.
- Building good Relation with clients to present the company to meet company's objectives.
- Reporting on daily basis all the activities.
- Convincing the clients telephonically
- Negotiate with the clients in parallel to the prevailing market prices
- Stay updated on the market prices and company services

Requirements

- Multi tasking skills
- Must possess excellent communication skills.
- Team player and self driven attitude.
- Minimum 1 years experience in customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must have commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook.

Salary Package:
Basic + Commissions
