Territory Sales Manager - Al Futtaim Interiors - FAMCO - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager To achieve and exceed agreed budgeted sales and margin, while managing the development of new and existing customer base within the appointed territory. Reporting to the National Sales Manager the Territory Sales Manager is responsible for developing Al Futtaim Interiors business by target industry & location.

Shall be responsible for the following duties:
- Achieve sales penetration across appointed territories
- Ensure positive cash flow
- Key account development across appointed territory / industry segment
- Ensure the dept. competitive edge in product & pricing
- Professional representation at all times for Al Futtaim Interiors brand positioning.
- Identify opportunities to promote the brand including, but not limited to conferencing, industry networking and other knowledge based contact opportunities.

Requirements

- This position requires business maturity, excellent judgment and a hands-on commercial spirit. Successful candidates generally have 5 years of Interior fit out experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills. Leadership, planning and organization. Strong analytical skills, strong customer relationship skills including the ability to present.
