Training Specialist, Oil and Gas

Job description / Role

Our client, the NOC for Abu Dhabi, is looking for several training specialists to increase the training activities across the organisation, with a key focus on the provision of teaching for UAE nationals.

The job holder will be actively engaged in the planning, provision, delivery and enhancement training programs in order to support strategic Emiratization objectives.

This will involve the creation of realistic budget estimations for new training courses, the maintenance and improvement of current programs, and monitoring expenditure to deliver cost effective solutions.

Requirements

Candidates will have a rich background in delivering training programs in the Oil and Gas industry, backed up with an education to degree level in a relevant discipline.

Excellent IT and communication skills are essential to be successful in the role, along with highly effective and authoritative presentation and subject matter delivery skills, both written and oral. A working knowledge of Arabic would be beneficial.
