Financial Analyst

Job description / Role

- Financial analysis and forecasting
- Proven ability to work as part of a team, and self-managing of own time.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact professionally with culturally and linguistically diverse staff, clients and consultants.
- Continually acquiring and enhancing knowledge of business strategies and policies, practices and methodologies, setting tools to provide effective business solutions and services to the end user business lines.
- Researching and assisting in issue resolution that arise periodically with the supported business lines
- Maintaining documentation of gathered information and providing summaries
- Defining user procedures and workflows, participating in conversion and implementation strategies,
- Demonstrated intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Responsibility for ensuring that management are informed of and that problems and issues are escalated appropriately discussed
- Reviewing new and outstanding issues and where risks are identified, escalating appropriately
- Understanding the end-to-end processes. Where gaps are identified, providing feasible options

Requirements

Preferably to have Master degree in Finance, Economic, accountancy, financial mathematics, ACCA, Commerce, or finance focused field with five year post- graduate experience in for profit business better in a private sector context.

Job details:
- Contract duration: 1 year with 2 months probationary period
- Annual Leave: 30 days (one month) in a year, can use the vocation leave 3-4 times in a year
- Accommodation will be provided by client in a secure location of Kabul
- Ticket + Visa cost will be paid by client
- Salary range: USD 4000 to USD 8000/month (Net salary)
- Job Location: Main office, Kabul, Afghanistan
- Nationality: European, Americans
