Job description / Role
- Research international business and investment opportunities, competitors and business practices; develop proposals and make recommendations.
- He/she should implement financial and management control.
- Carrying out research and data collection to understand the organization conducting analysis
- Develop the organizations structures
- Develop Memorandum of Associations and other documents for legal clearance.
- Developing strategic business plan
Requirements
- E-Commerce experience preferred
- Speak, write and read English
- Know about foreign policies and political developments affecting international
markets.
- Have strong research skills
- Have strong private sector knowledge
- Have a background in international business
- Know how to do risk and business analysis
- Know how to establish new ventures
