Job description / Role

- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Develop short-term and long-term e-Commerce business strategies.
- Develops and drives the e-Commerce strategy to maximize marketing opportunities for the direct channel (catalog and internet).
- Leads the development, implementation and analysis of all e-Commerce programs.
- Defines and makes recommendations regarding the direction of the customer interface to support the growth of the e-channel.
- Develops and maintains schedule of site activity and sales reports, to analyze effectiveness of site, making recommendations for improved performance.
- Establish organizational structure and developmental plans for Arya Zone team.
- Develops organizational structure as required to meet growing needs of the business.
- Provides leadership to turn a coordinated vision and strategy in to strategic and operational plans, via enthusiastic communication of a strong business vision, translation of that vision to a clear, progressive implementation strategy, and cooperatively drive that strategy with clarity of purpose across multiple organizations
- Partners with IT to define the technological direction to support the growth of the e-Commerce (Arya Zone) channel.
- Develops relationships within the home office and corporation and lead multiple departments and rely upon each department’s expertise to help craft appropriate solutions. This includes Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Service and Product Development
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Requirements

- 3+ years related experience in online marketing
- Management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business , Commerce , marketing online business required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Proven working experience in Online business (Must)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
