Store Manager - Marks & Spencer - Dubai

As a Store Manager who likes to have an active presence on the shop floor, your main responsibility will involve leading a team of approximately 20 people as well as managing the day to day business operation.


You will hold full P&L accountability and you'll also have the challenging task of driving our business forward and ensure your store is fulfilling its objectives.

Requirements

You will need to have held previous store management responsibility to be seriously considered for this role. Additionally, you will be a proven team leader who has the retail operational knowledge to continue to lead the team towards the highest of standards.

Your track record influencing and negotiating with key decision makers will complement your strong leadership and relationship building skills. You will have a solid understanding of the retail (preferably fashion) industry ideally in the Middle East, with demonstrated experience in driving sales and building customer loyalty.
