UAE National - Security Manager - Automotive AFM - Dubai

As part of Al Futtaim Automotive team, you will be responsible for to work from our Dubai based operations. Reporting into the Head of HSE, you will take responsibility for reviewing the Access Control procedures at all sites and avoiding any security incidents/property losses.

You will conduct periodical site inspections and audits at all sites and provide formal reports to the operations management team, whilst implementing, monitoring and reviewing the Security Plan.

You will also be responsible for conducting training across the security staff and maintaining all the training records, whilst monitoring the compliance of security requirements and regulations.

Establishing and maintaining important customer relationships will be a vital aspect of your role, to ensure complete understanding of customer processes. In addition, you will monitor the compliance of security requirements and regulations and assist the HSE department to implement emergency response plans.

Requirements

In order to be successful in the role, you must have a proven security background with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone who is able to build strong relationships and manage a team.

Flexibility and punctuality is an important as well as working well under pressure.
