Refrigeration Technician

Job description / Role

- Handle refrigeration, electrical and general repair and maintenance of fish processing plant, processing machineries and cold storage.
- Refrigeration system including Store Compressor – Piston Type, Bristors & Coplant, Freezer Compressor, Flake Case (Ice Flake), Air Dryer (Refrigerant).
- Experience in maintenance of Electrical Systems including Control Wiring System, Panel Board (Machinery Panel Board), Duplex Sealing Machinery, Metal Detector, Ban Sealer Machine, Clip Sealer, Air Compressor (Screw Type)
- Organize preventive and corrective maintenance in order to maintain company assets in good order and condition
- Maintain good relations with parts and equipment suppliers

Requirements

- Must be a technical diploma holder in Refrigeration and electrical.
- Gulf experience is mandatory, preferably in seafood plant / food processing industry
- Must be computer literate
- Must have good commend over English, Knowledge of Arabic will be an asset.
