Camp Boss

Job description / Role

The main purpose of this job is to control and coordinate all labour camp related activities within the camp premises acting as a facilitator between the service requester at the company and the camp administration, services providers and maintenance providers, overseeing camp residents and employees related issues and monitoring camp facilities utilization.

Also responsible to plan laborers distribution and to follow up on related performance, overseeing laborers well-being ensuring abidance by set safety, health and hygiene regulations and to control / supervise the labor dispatch process, update the labor dispatch log sheet, and prepare the monthly payroll reports as well as other related reports.

Requirements

This position requires a Diploma or equivalent minimum and 4 to 5 years of work experience in a similar supervisory role.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Must have handled minimum 600 Labour camp employees.
- Can Speak English & Arabic
- With valid UAE driving License
