Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The candidate will assume the role in successfully developing Aftermarket Operations (AMO) businesses in the MENA region, with a key focus on North Africa region. A successful candidate will ensure that sales objectives are achieved in a timely fashion by establishing and executing set Company business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a secure channel access for all aftermarket brands in MENA region to ensure that a sustainable future is achieved;
- Identify and execute marketing / product programs to create new sales opportunities and manage relationships with new and existing partners;
- Execute short-term and long-term sales strategies set by the HO; Ensure all set sales targets and service levels are achieved and accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenues;
- Maintain customer records and prepare sales forecasts, account planning, forecasting and customer marketing records, market analysis and assessing competitor activity;
- Provide to HQ constructive and quantitative information in maintaining product manuals, sales manuals and pricing schedules;
- Continually assess the ROI of all sales activities in MENA region
- Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Proactively identify opportunities for continuous sales process improvement.

Requirements

We are looking for 100% sales focused candidates who can go out, win new business and close deals. The ideal candidate will be up & coming sales professional within the Aftermarket Operations (AMO) industry. The candidate should be already based in North Africa and be prepared to work from home country

- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized educational institution is preferred
- Experience in managing business accounts in diverse territories
- Fluent in Arabic, French and English, both written and verbal
- End user sales experience is mandatory
- Minimum 6-8 years of Aftermarket Sales Operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills both verbal and written
- Excellent MS Office skills
